Returns

We hope that you are happy with your Meraki order. If you decide that it is not quite right for you, you can return most items to us within 30 days of purchase. All returns are payable by the customer. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. 

When making a return, please be aware of the following:

  • Items must be returned in a resaleable condition, which means they should be unused and in their original packaging.
  • If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact info@merakigifts.co.uk with photos of the product and you will be advised as to how to make a return for an exchange.
